Teriyaki Chicken kebabs with Pineapple and Peppers!

These kebabs are Delish and super easy to make! They are a good dish to serve guests because they require little effort and prep time.  These kebabs are perfect for a summer night or anytime if you have a foreman grill or griddle.  I always serve mine with Teriyaki Rice!

Here's what you'll need
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2-3 Bell peppers(I always get the Sweet Bell Pepper Value Pack)
1 Sweet Onion
Fresh Pineapple
Wooden skewers
Mr Yoshida's Original Gourmet Sauce
Rice a Roni Chicken Teriyaki Rice

 1. Soak your skewers in cold water for 30 minutes.
2. Chop your chicken into 1 inch cubes.(Marinade your chicken in your Original Gourmet Sauce for at least an hour.)  Chop up your onion, peppers and pineapple.(It is important to keep everything as uniform in size as possible.)
3.Set your ingredients up on your counter.
4.Skewer all of your ingredients alternating between your chicken and peppers, etc.
(Remember to leave a small gap between ingredients to ensure thorough cooking.)
5.Heat your grill to medium and cook your kebabs approximately 10 minutes.
(Remember to turn your kebabs while they cook)
Before serving make sure to cut into the chicken first to confirm it is fully cooked.
Heat about a 1/4 cup of extra marinade and pour over your grilled kebabs for some extra flavor! Immediately serve with Rice a Roni Chicken Teriyaki rice and Enjoy!
